Vicki Mason, Buyers Agent

Serving as Buyers Agent Vicki comes to McCoy Team with 20 years of Relocation and Real Estate Experience. What this means to a prospective buyer is that she not only dedicates 100% of her time to working with others like you, but she previews hundreds of homes so that she is current on everything available on the market.

Relocating to California from Oregon 20 years ago to serve as Intel Corporations Folsom Relocation Director, Vicki experienced the stress which a move to a new state can produce. Knowing firsthand the Corporate Move process made it easy for Vicki to empathize with moving employees and their families. Vicki orchestrated the relocations of over 2500 families and individuals, some in group moves of up to 400 at a time.

Vicki left Intel after seven years, to work with a 3rd party relocation/corporate housing company helping relocating employees find their new housing starting with; Corporate housing, temporary housing, and on to permanent housing. She managed the Folsom office and provided services to transferring employees for several companies. Vicki set up a local agent network of top agents, from several companies, to refer to relocating employees matching them based on work styles and needs of the transferring individual or family.

Vicki was also responsible for the sales and relocation operations of offices in 7 states, providing training and hiring of new managers and relocation coordinators.

Wanting to make things more personal, Vicki got her license, and has been working as a licensed Realtor since 1999 where she has experience in both New Home Community sales and Residential resale’s. She has represented both buyers and sellers; has been a top producer; and has successfully closed over 180 sales transactions achieving more then $75 million in closed transactions.

What Vicki finds the most enjoyable is the search to find the “perfect” home for her clients. It’s a little like a treasure hunt, an uncovering of what will make someone happy with the home they find. Hoping to provide many years of fond memories for her clients Vicki approaches every home search with the excitement of finding the Treasure that will match their individual wants and needs. After 20 years of searching Vicki knows, the “perfect” house is possible. She doesn’t stop trying until she finds it!!

Debbie Uhrenholt, Office Manager

Debbie Uhrenholt began her real estate career in 1998 in commercial properties. She quickly moved into the residential end of real estate where she enjoys being involved with every administrative aspect of helping people either sell their homes or purchase a new one.

For pleasure, Debbie enjoys running with her friends and working with teenagers in outreach Christian ministries. She is also passionate about helping other women find focus in their lives by leading a women’s support group. Debbie obtained a degree at UC Chico State in Community Health Education.

Whether Debbie is helping our clients, teenagers, or women, she brings genuine warmth and caring that many of our clients find relieves the stress of making one of the biggest purchases in their lives. Her attention to detail assures our clients that they are in extremely knowledgeable and competent hands.
