The McCoy Team Mission Statement

I will provide the best service possible for every client I represent.
I will never tell you what you want to hear if it is not reality.
I will never enter into a client relationship with you if I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith.
When hired to sell your home, I will always make suggestions that can assist your home's value and help reduce the marketing time even if it means telling you things that you do not want to hear.
I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I are truthful with my all my clients. I realize that sometimes my competitors will tell you what you want to hear to get your business.
In order for my clients and I to have a successful relationship, we must always have a mutual goal.

I will never lose sight that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what make me so very different from the real estate masses. My services will always be made available to the public. I will always utilize a well trained staff to assist me in the complex home selling process. I will prioritize my time so that I am working with only people who are either buying or selling real estate. I will always treat all parties honestly and fairly. I will always promote the best interest of my clients. I will obtain the best price for my clients, and I will always disclose to my clients all facts that might affect or influence their decision.

I assure you that during my real estate career I will always strive for excellence and make a commitment to forgo a portion of my life in exchange for continued education so that I may better serve my clients.
